One of the most critical solutions is InCar’s appointment booking and damage photo submission system, which is fully integrated directly into the Cab Plan ERP system used by the workshops.

Thanks to these integrations, information flows automatically from one system to another without manual intervention. This saves staff time and minimizes the risk of human error. Simultaneously, the damage management process is accelerated: when a customer’s damage photos are immediately available in the workshop’s ERP, the processing of the claim can begin without delay. A smooth digital experience significantly improves customer satisfaction during what is often a stressful situation for the car owner.
