Data Accuracy and Verification

In accordance with the NIS2 Directive, Fiare ensures the accuracy and completeness of user data submitted to Traficom domain registry. We verify registration information during the initial registration process and send annual verification requests to domain holders to confirm their details remain current and accurate.

Response to Data Requests

We provide access to domain registration data in response to legitimate and legally justified requests, in line with data protection laws. Valid requests receive responses within 72 hours, as mandated by the NIS2 Directive.

Public Domain Information

Non-personal domain registration data is made publicly available promptly after registration, in accordance with the NIS2 Directive. Personal data remains protected to ensure privacy compliance.
