Drivalia and Fiare began their collaboration in the spring of 2023 when Drivalia sought a partner to implement a new, strategically significant website for used car sales. Fiare was chosen as the partner due to its deep industry knowledge of the automotive trade, as well as its robust expertise in systems and integrations.

The goal was to build a website serving both corporate clients and consumers. The platform had to meet the demanding technical requirements of a market leader within a changing landscape. Later, Fiare developed a versatile form management system, and in 2025, Drivalia became one of the first companies to implement the credit decision feature included in Fiare’s AutoEcom product.

The results of the collaboration have been well received by the market. The cars-online.fi website has proven to be successful, earning praise from customers for its clarity. Additionally, the digital tools have simplified form usage on the drivalia.fi site. Consequently, used car sales and the number of leasing contracts have grown quickly following the deployment of these new solutions.

This initial phase required exceptional technical skill, as Fiare had to seamlessly integrate the site with multiple data sources (Nettix Pro, Drivalia’s proprietary data, and their DMS). Today, Fiare ensures all integrations function correctly and that site data remains up to date.

Following the project, Drivalia underwent a significant acquisition and rebranding. Fiare’s agility allowed the brand identity to remain consistent across Drivalia’s other sites, ensuring business continuity and maintaining a professional appearance throughout the transition.

Additionally, Fiare implemented a centralized form management system for corporate clients on drivalia.fi website, simplifying the daily lives of drivers and streamlining interactions. This solution was also deployed rapidly and has brought significant improvements to Drivalia’s operations.

AutoEcom and Digital Credit Decisions

One of the most significant steps in Drivalia’s digital journey has been the adoption of the credit decision feature within Fiare’s AutoEcom solution in the spring of 2025. Available on cars-online.fi, this feature has brought much-needed efficiency and speed to the sales process:

  • Self-service credit decisions: Customers can apply for and receive a credit decision directly online.
  • Time savings for salespeople: The automated process has substantially reduced routine manual work for the sales team.
  • Faster turnover: With a more streamlined process, deals are closed faster, increasing inventory turnover.
