To this end, the company launched the DPDHL Commercial Real Estate Marketplace for leasing real estate properties.

 

The DPDHL Commercial Real Estate Marketplace is an online platform that enables DPDHL to lease warehouses and offices more streamlined and efficiently, allowing DPDHL to find and evaluate potential properties quickly. Fiare provides an intuitive interface that enables DPDHL to search and evaluate potential properties and easily manage the entire process of leasing commercial real estate, allowing DPDHL to make more informed decisions about their investments.

 

The Commercial Real Estate Marketplace allows DPDHL to standardise their commercial real estate acquisition and leasing process. Instead of searching through multiple real estate websites and spending time sifting through the numerous options, DPDHL now has a marketplace wherein preapproved realtors can be alerted when DPDHL has a request. This means that realtors, land owners or brokers who have been verified and approved by DPDHL will receive a notification when DPDHL property managers have a property request. Then the realtors, land owners or brokers can submit a proposal. This innovative solution saves time and effort for both parties, as the realtors are already preapproved, and DPDHL can quickly compare, review and select best-fitting properties from realtors they already trust.

 

DPDHL’s Commercial Real Estate Marketplace is a comprehensive platform with the supplementary purpose of collecting data for their business intelligence. The platform offers an indexed and standardised data format, ensuring the information is organised and easily accessible for further analysis and studies. The data helps DPDHL Commercial Marketplace users make better and more informed decisions when leasing new properties.

 

Overall, DPDHL has taken an innovative step to reduce the time and effort to find the right property and standardise the workflow while gathering business intelligence. This platform will provide a much-needed boost for DPDHL’s property management, enabling them to fulfil transactions efficiently.

Country Life provides expert coverage of country house architecture, fine art, gardening and more. Property has always been a central pillar of the magazine’s print and digital offerings alike. Their International Property Site allows users to search through a selection of premium properties across the world and follow up with estate agents to purchase them. However, the site needed renovation as it was not meeting their demands.

 

Migration from the existing site would involve vast amounts of advert data imports from the agencies. Furthermore, integration would need to be achieved whilst keeping with Country Life’s own branded design. With the capacity to manage an array of data in various formats, Fiare proposed to provide the software, handle the hardware/hosting and undertake all feed maintenance. Effectively, Fiare would provide a comprehensive turnkey solution to allow Country Life to focus on sales and marketing.

 

A super-smooth migration of a database consisting of 150,000 properties and 2.5 million high-resolution images was executed whilst preserving data quality. Country Life now has a quick, functional, fully-responsive site across all devices that delivers results – leads for the estate agents and access to their audience. Fundamentally, Fiare delivered an online marketplace aesthetically befitting the brand and its audience – with beautiful premium properties at the forefront.
